Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of the NephroNest app and website. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not intended for children.
2. Medical disclaimer — please read carefully
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content — including AI-generated responses, symptom information, and analyses of uploaded reports — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or nephrologist; never disregard or delay it because of something in the Service.
- The AI assistant can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied upon for clinical decisions.
- In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not use the Service for emergencies.
- Using the Service does not create a doctor–patient relationship with NephroNest.
3. Doctor listings and consultations
Doctors and dialysis centers listed in the Service are independent third parties. We do not employ them, and a listing is not a recommendation or guarantee. Booking a consultation is a request to that doctor; the consultation and any advice are solely between you and the doctor. We are not responsible for the conduct, advice, fees, or outcomes of any consultation.
4. Your account and conduct
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information. You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false or infringing content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or impersonate any person — including falsely claiming to be a healthcare professional.
5. Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of the information you submit and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that processing and may withdraw consent as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding your content and third-party content), is owned by NephroNest. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for its intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NephroNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, any AI output, doctor listing, or consultation. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and data at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. For questions or grievances, contact Nestnephro@gmail.com.
